UP TOOLS produce polishing cup wheels in elastic / rubber bond for most of the single and double edging machines on the market.

UP TOOLS cup rubber wheels can be:

– with plate (type Q-5)

– without plate (type Q-3)

– abrasive grit size from 40 up to 220

– diameter range from 100mm up to 200mm

– also as segmented cup wheels, designed for polishing laminated safety glass (UP-3 series).

Because of its oscillation swing,  bond composition and the innovative concept of the segments both monolithic and laminated / security glass can be polished with the same wheels.
